  1. Conducting one-time inspection
  2. Briefing client on our findings and suggestions
  3. Recording defects in videos & photos
  4. Providing report in HDB format for client’s use

✅ Gold Package:
  1. Conducting 1st inspection
  2. Recording defects & providing report in HDB format for client’s use
  3. Briefing client on our findings and suggestions
  4. Attending 2nd (Joint) inspection with client & HDB to run through defects before rectification works
  5. Conducting 3rd (Handover) inspection after rectification works have been done by HDB
